One letter to the Austin office gets a reply within three business days, as a rule.
Every contact with Xavriqon starts as a written inquiry. Use the form below for naming and rare-domain consultation, an Austin collaboration, press or anything else. Personal data questions have their own form and their own legal clock.

Fields marked optional can stay empty. The rest we need to send a reply that reaches you.
The reply rule, by kind of letter
The kind you pick on the form decides which pile the letter goes to. Pick the closest match and it reaches the right desk.
- 02Naming or a rare domainOpen. Reply within three business days with a time for one call. After the call, scope and fee for the written assessment come back in writing. No price is published on the site, and nothing you read here is a quote. See naming & rare domains.
- 06Austin collaborationListening. Reply within three business days. A useful first letter names the concrete thing and what each side brings; the partnerships page lists the rest.
- 03–04Publishing or toolsIn study. Read, and answered only when the letter changes what we are testing. No timeline is given, because none exists.
- 05ResearchParked. Kept on file. Do not expect a reply while research & archive stays parked.
- —Buying xavriqon.comNot for sale. You get a one-line reply saying so, every time, at any amount.
- DSRPersonal dataUse the data request form. It has its own clock: 45 days under Texas law, extendable once by 45 days with notice.
Before you send
What makes a letter easy to answer
Short letters get faster replies. Not because we skim, but because a letter that names the thing and the date can be answered in one go, while a letter that asks us to "hop on a call to explore" needs two rounds of questions first.
For a naming inquiry, put the word in the subject field exactly as you would spell it on a sign. Add how you say it out loud. If you already hold a domain for it, say which ending. We test a name by reading it over the phone to someone who has never seen it, and a letter that spells the name two ways tells us something before the call has happened.
If your timing is tight, run the fit checker first. It counts three business days from today and says whether that lands before your deadline. When it does not, please do not wait on us.
We do not answer letters that read as automated outreach, and we do not reply to link-exchange offers. Those are deleted, not filed.
Phone and chat
The phone at +1 (378) 555-8712 is answered when someone is at the desk. If nobody picks up, we will not call back an unknown number; send the letter instead. The chat in the lower corner reaches the same office and suits a quick question about which form to use.
Not sure which kind to pick?
The fit checker routes any topic to the right page and shows the reply date before you write a word.
