Your rights, one row each
No.RightWhat it meansWhy it applies here
01 Confirm and see You can ask whether we hold anything about you, and get a copy of it in plain text. Every letter and chat message is stored with the name, email, phone and notes you typed. That is most of what we hold.
02 Correct If a detail is wrong, we fix it once you tell us what the right one is. A mistyped email means our reply bounces. Fixing it helps us as much as you.
03 Delete We erase your letters, chat log and contact details, then confirm in writing that it is done. We keep one line saying a deletion happened and when, so we do not accidentally restore it. Nothing else.
04 Take a copy You get your data in a portable file you can open anywhere: CSV or plain JSON, your choice. The store behind tati170.php and bezo6d7.php exports to both formats.
05 Opt out of targeted advertising We stop using your visit for ad measurement and remove any stored click identifier from your letter. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising send traffic here, and Meta Ads may. A gclid, msclkid or fbclid from that click can sit in the source field of your letter. We do not sell personal data and do no profiling.
06 Appeal If we refuse any part of a request, you can ask us to look again. We answer an appeal within 60 days. If the appeal still goes against you, we tell you how to contact the Texas Attorney General.
07 No penalty Asking changes nothing about how we answer your other letters. We have nothing to withhold from you anyway. No prices, no discounts, no member tier.

The 45-day clock

The clock starts the day your request reaches us, not the day we verify you. We answer within 45 days. If a request is genuinely complicated, the law lets us extend once by another 45 days, 90 in total, and we have to tell you inside the first 45 days that we are doing it and why. A request about a single letter has never needed that.

Requests are free up to twice in any twelve months. After that we may still answer for free; we just are not obliged to.

The fit checker works out both dates for you if you pick "your personal data" and enter the day you are writing.

How we check it is you

We match the email or phone number on your request against what is stored. If they match, that is usually enough. If they do not, we write back and ask for one more detail only you would know, such as roughly when you wrote and what about. We never ask for a passport, a driver's license or a Social Security number. If someone asks on your behalf, they need your signed permission and we will still confirm with you directly.

The full picture of what is collected, the consent settings for Google, Microsoft and Meta tags, and how long letters are kept lives in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
